  • hallucinations and factual verification
  • privacy and confidentiality

5. Human Oversight Policy

All client-facing work is reviewed by a human prior to publication or delivery.

AI-generated content is considered a draft or advisory output rather than a final product.

The reviewer is responsible for evaluating:

  • factual accuracy
  • appropriateness
  • client objectives
  • professional quality
  • tone
  • copyright considerations
  • applicable regulatory issues

No AI system or autonomous AI agent is authorized to publish content or communicate externally without explicit human approval. There is always a human in the loop.

6. Responsible AI Practices

The following practices are followed whenever practical:

✓ Review AI-generated content before delivery.

✓ Verify factual claims where accuracy matters.

✓ Exercise additional care for medical, legal, or scientific topics.

✓ Protect confidential client information.

✓ Use AI as an assistant, not a replacement for professional judgment.

✓ Continue learning as AI technology evolves.

7. Special Considerations

Health-related content receives enhanced review. AI may assist with drafting, organizing, or summarizing information, but medical claims, scientific interpretations, and clinical recommendations are reviewed against current evidence and, where appropriate, by the client or subject-matter expert before publication.
