Policies

Program & Services Policies

These policies apply to all services provided by Lee Busch, Lee Busch LLC (Provider). These policies outline how provider’s courses, group programs, and services are structured, and how we work together most effectively. They exist to ensure clarity, alignment, and a productive experience for everyone involved.

By enrolling in a program or engaging services, you agree to the following.

1. How Services Are Delivered

All programs and services are delivered on a best-effort, professional basis, informed by experience, industry standards, and the quality and consistency of client participation.

Unless explicitly stated in writing, services do not include unlimited revisions, on-demand availability, or open-ended customization after delivery. Provider is however happy to provide additional services, as agreed in advance.

2. Timing, Progress, and Collaboration

Timelines discussed in advance are estimates, not guarantees.

Progress depends on factors such as:

  • Timely feedback and decisions
  • Stability of direction and goals
  • Completeness of provided materials
  • The collaborative nature of the work

Changes in scope or direction may affect sequencing and delivery.

3. Client & Student Participation

Successful outcomes depend on active, good-faith participation.

Clients and students are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information
  • Reviewing materials within a reasonable timeframe
  • Communicating feedback clearly
  • Understanding that evolving goals may require tradeoffs or a new schedule

4. Group Programs vs Individual Work

Group programs are intentionally designed for shared learning and efficiency.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Instruction, feedback, and demonstrations occur in a group setting
  • Individual 1:1 consulting is not included in a group program
  • Additional private support may require a separate arrangement

5. Scope, Revisions, and Additional Requests

Work outside the originally defined scope may require:

  • Adjusted timelines
  • Additional fees
  • A separate written agreement

This ensures that quality and sustainability are maintained for all clients.

6. Alignment & Continuation of Services

Occasionally, despite good intentions, an engagement may no longer be the right fit.

In such cases, either party may conclude the engagement by written notice. This allows work to end cleanly and respectfully when expectations, working styles, or needs diverge.

7. Refunds and Access After Conclusion

If an engagement concludes early:

  • Any refund decisions will be handled in good faith and at Provider’s discretion
  • Access to materials or work delivered will be clarified at that time
  • No further services are provided unless agreed in writing

8. Tools, Platforms, and Software

Programs and services may involve third-party tools or platforms.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and licenses unless otherwise specified. Platform limitations or external platform policy changes or business closures are outside Provider’s control.

9. Professional Conduct

All work is grounded in mutual respect and constructive communication. Maintaining a healthy working relationship is essential to good outcomes.

10. Updates to These Policies

These policies may be updated periodically. The most current version will always apply to new enrollments and engagements.
